-To take ownership of your own feelings, belief systems, and attitudes
-To honor the feelings, belief systems, and attitudes of others by not engaging in judgmental or "fixing" behavior
-To seek the input of a licensed professional if needed before, during, or after working with Shelby Forsythia, LLC

PAYMENT POLICY
You are responsible for paying for Life After Loss Academy in full including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees and for providing Shelby Forsythia, LLC via ThriveCart Learn with a valid credit card or other payment method. If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be suspended and your access to Life After Loss Academy will be revoked. You will not receive future access to Life After Loss Academy until all payments are made in full.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Life After Loss Academy contains proprietary content that is owned by Shelby Forsythia, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading Life After Loss Academy files to sharing sites is considered stealing, and Shelby Forsythia, LLC will prosecute such actions to the fullest extent allowed by law. Life After Loss Academy includes access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will be asked to create an account with one email address, password, and member profile. If you would like to take Life After Loss Academy alongside a friend or family member, you will each need to purchase the course individually. Additionally, if you are interested in having a group or team take Life After Loss Academy, a separate membership will need to be purchased for each participating student.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Shelby Forsythia, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and does not wish to do so. Shelby Forsythia, LLC reserves the right to request proof of age so that it can verify that minors under the age of 18 are not using Life After Loss Academy.

You must respect the privacy of others in this course. By purchasing access to the Life After Loss Academy, you agree:
-not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of Life After Loss Academy or its students;
-that any confidential information shared by Life After Loss Academy students or Shelby Forsythia is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the student who discloses it or to Shelby Forsythia, LLC;
-not to disclose such confidential information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Life After Loss Academy students during the duration of the course;
-that all content provided to you by Shelby Forsythia, LLC is Shelby Forsythia, LLC's confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property, belonging solely and exclusively to Shelby Forsythia, LLC;
-the reproduction, distribution and sale of the any element of Life After Loss Academy by anyone other than Shelby Forsythia, LLC; and
-that if you violate, or threaten to violate, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph Shelby Forsythia, LLC will be entitled to, among other things, injunctive relief to prohibit such violations.

While you are free to share your personal experience with Life After Loss Academy, you must keep the experience, statements, and stories of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

LIFE AFTER LOSS ACADEMY COMMUNITY RULES
-No solicitation. Life After Loss Academy is a place for learning and growing. No selling of your services, products or programs is permitted.
-Be kind. No personal attacks of any kind are permitted. Please refrain from judging, criticizing, analyzing, or fixing the grief experience of another person.
-Free will. You may not enroll in Life After Loss Academy on behalf of another person. By enrolling in Life After Loss Academy, you agree to use the program for your own personal benefit. A membership in Life After Loss Academy may not be gifted to another person.

THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND WEBSITES
Shelby Forsythia, LLC may provide links to third-party materials and websites and establish a Facebook group as a convenience to you and other Life After Loss Academy students. These third-party materials and websites are not part of Life After Loss Academy and they may be either withdrawn or terminated at any time without any liability on the part of Shelby Forsythia, LLC. You agree that you will be responsible for all payment and other obligations associated with your use of any and all third-party materials and websites. In addition, you agree that Shelby Forsythia, LLC is not responsible for examining and evaluating the content and accuracy of any third-party materials and websites, and Shelby Forsythia, LLC does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. You further agree that you will not use any third-party materials and websites in a manner that would infringe or violate the rights of any other party and that Shelby Forsythia, LLC will not be liable for your improper use of third-party materials and websites.

Refunds will be issued through ThriveCart Learn, PayPal, or Stripe with no questions asked. You (the student) are subject to any processing fees charged by these services.
